This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your orders are shipped, the expected delivery timelines,
and other important shipping-related terms for orders placed on www.libisclothing.com.
1. Shipping Coverage
- Domestic (India) – We ship to most serviceable pincodes in India through trusted courier partners.
- International – For exports, shipping is done through international couriers / cargo partners, based on the order and destination.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
- Customized Orders:
- Production time usually ranges from 5–10 working days after final design approval and payment (varies based on quantity & complexity).
- Bulk or special orders may take longer; timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.
- Non-Customized / Ready Stock:
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days, subject to stock availability.
- Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Within Tamil Nadu: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- Rest of India: 4–7 working days after dispatch.
- International Shipments: Delivery may take 7–21 working days, depending on the country, courier and customs clearance.
These are approximate timelines; actual delivery can vary due to courier network, local conditions, or external factors
(strikes, weather, festivals, etc.).
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout or shared in the quotation / proforma invoice for bulk & export orders.
- For some orders, free shipping may be applicable based on value, location or active offers; this will be clearly informed where applicable.
- International shipping charges are calculated based on weight, volume and destination country.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier name and tracking ID via WhatsApp / SMS / Email wherever possible.
- You can track your shipment on the respective courier’s website / tracking link.
- For export shipments, additional tracking or AWB details will be shared as per the logistics partner.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD availability is limited and may be applicable only on selected non-customized orders and pincodes.
- Customized / bulk / export orders usually require full or partial advance payment and are generally not eligible for COD.
- Any misuse of COD facility (refusal on delivery, fake orders etc.) may lead to blocking of COD for future orders.
7. Delays Beyond Our Control
While we always try to dispatch and deliver within the committed timelines, certain delays can occur due to:
- Courier or logistics partner issues.
- Unreachable / incorrect address provided by customer.
- Natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns or other force majeure events.
- Customs clearance delays for international orders.
In such cases, we will support you with tracking updates and coordination with the courier, but delivery timelines
cannot be guaranteed.
8. International Shipping & Duties
- For overseas shipments, customs duties, taxes or import charges (if applicable in destination country) are usually to be borne by the buyer / importer.
- LIBIS Clothing is not responsible for any customs clearance delays, additional duties or restrictions imposed by the destination country.
- We will provide necessary commercial invoices and packing details as required for standard exports.
9. Undelivered / RTO (Return to Origin)
- If the courier is unable to deliver due to:
- Incorrect / incomplete address
- Repeated delivery attempts failed
- Customer refusing to accept the parcel
- The shipment may be returned to us as RTO (Return to Origin).
- In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply and will need to be paid by the customer before re-dispatch.
10. Packaging & Handling
- All garments are packed with care to prevent damage during transit.
- For bulk and export orders, packaging type (poly bag, carton, custom packing) will be discussed as per requirement.
- If you receive a package that appears tampered or damaged, please take photos / videos and notify us and the courier immediately.
11. Address Changes
- Address changes after placing an order are possible only before dispatch and subject to feasibility.
- Once the parcel is shipped, address change may not be possible or may incur additional charges (as per courier policies).
12. Policy Updates
LIBIS Clothing reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice.
