Welcome to LIBIS Clothing. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website www.libisclothing.com, and any orders placed with us online, via WhatsApp or phone. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. General

  • LIBIS Clothing is engaged in manufacturing and customized printing of garments and related products.
  • These Terms apply to all users, visitors, customers and others who access the site or place orders with us.
  • We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

2. Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old or using the website under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate registration details and keeping your login credentials secure.
  • Any activity under your account will be deemed to be done by you.

3. Product Information & Colours

  • We try our best to display product colours and details accurately.
  • There may be minor variations in colour, print placement or measurements due to screen settings, fabric batches and printing process.
  • Such minor variations will not be treated as defects.

4. Orders & Customization

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
  • For customized products, artwork approval, advance payment and confirmation may be required before processing.
  • LIBIS Clothing is not responsible for spelling / design errors in artwork approved by the customer.
  • Production timelines depend on order size, stock availability and current workload.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in the applicable currency on the website and may change without prior notice.
  • Taxes, shipping charges or additional customization charges (if any) will be shown before final checkout.
  • Payments must be made through approved payment methods / bank transfer / UPI as communicated.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders in case of pricing errors or payment issues.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

  • We work with reputed courier partners for deliveries. Estimated delivery timelines are shared at the time of order.
  • Delays may occur due to logistics, weather or other conditions beyond our control.
  • Risk in the products passes to you once the shipment is handed over to the carrier / courier.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Customized products are usually not eligible for return or exchange, except in case of genuine manufacturing defect or wrong product sent.
  • Non-customized items may be eligible for return/exchange as per our current policy.
  • All return or refund requests must be raised within the time-frame mentioned in our policy.

8. Artwork, Logos & Intellectual Property

  • By uploading any artwork, logo or design, you confirm that you have full rights and permissions to use it.
  • You agree that LIBIS Clothing will not be held liable for any copyright or trademark issues arising from your submitted designs.
  • All website content, branding, designs and images owned by LIBIS Clothing remain our intellectual property and cannot be used without written consent.

9. Prohibited Use

  • You agree not to use our website or services for any illegal, abusive or harmful activities.
  • We reserve the right to refuse orders that contain offensive, abusive or unlawful artwork or text.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive for quality and timely delivery, LIBIS Clothing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
  • Our maximum liability in any case shall be limited to the value of the order in question.

  • Our website may contain links to third-party websites (payment gateway, social media, etc.).
  • We are not responsible for the content, policies or services of these third-party websites.
